While I believe the market has stabilized and now is a great time to buy I know many are still very concerned about the economy and jobs. I know many many people who have reached out to me in the past year who have lost their jobs who are high end professionals in management who would be the clientele who would be in a financial position to consider a home in OC. Those of us who have jobs are thankful that we have them but realistic that that could change unexpectedly at anytime which makes us hesitant to make such a long term commitment. The climate is slowly changing and we need some consistent positive news on the economy to lift optimism.
